Page Road Grill is a member of the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group, which also includes Lula’s, Squid's Restaurant and Oyster Bar, 411 West Italian Café, Mez Contemporary Mexican Restaurant, and CHRG Catering. We offer an extensive menu with an emphasis on Southern cuisine. Our lunch menu features a delectable variety of sandwiches, burgers and salads, and our dinner menu includes Southern favorites like Shrimp and Grits, Smoked Brisket, Crab Cakes, and Shrimp and Corn Hushpuppies. We source ingredients from North Carolina farmers as much as possible.
Our full-service bar offers 21 beers on tap in addition to signature cocktails and a full wine list. Page Road Grill features three private rooms, and a separate bar with high definition TV's. Our state of the art kitchen allows CHRG Catering to offer box lunches, buffets and plated meals for private functions and business clients throughout the Triangle.

The Chapel Hill Restaurant Group has been recognized as the "Sustainable Business of the Year" by the Foundation for a Sustainable Community, and all our restaurants use compostable and recyclable to-go containers, bags, and bar stirrers. Page Road Grill, MEZ, Lula’s, 411 West and Squid's all participate in a food recycling program that reduces our solid waste by 85%. MEZ was the first Green Plus certified business in the United States, and the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-designed restaurant in North Carolina. Page Road Grill is also LEED certified.
